I thought it would be nice tonight to take the kids for a walk in the park. We brought some bread to feed the geese and ducks. We only made it 1/10th of the way around the pond when we decided to go straight home. Poor Ezra--he was the only one who was doing as he was told, and he so badly wanted to feed the ducks, but the others needed to learn a lesson--MOM AND DAD ARE IN CHARGE! Lately, they have really been testing us--I don't know what it is!
We'll try again for a "nice" evening stroll in the park!

I'm HORRIBLE at this!
So--as you can see I'm not very good at this whole blogging thing! I didn't take any pictures of us packing out our house, or the crazy trailer that my husband bought, or when they disassembled the crazy trailer outside of our house. The crazy thing was on stilts! Luckily.. only for 1 day! I didn't take pictures of all of our luggage! 14 items of checked luggage, plus a dog crate, plus 3 carseats, plus 7 carry on bags. I didn't take pictures at the airport where I had 3 great friends sending me off in the very very early morning--waiting and praying that our tickets would be paid for by Sato at the last minute! Which they were, about 1 minute before we boarded! We were the last ones to get on the airplane!
I didn't take pictures when I went to see one of my best friends from high school in Washington, or when we FINALLY got to pick up my van after not having it for at least 3 weeks! Or of my kids on the trip down--I couldn't believe how good they were on our drive!
I didn't take pictures of us pulling into my grandma's house, or when we closed on our house, or when Al left to go back to Kodiak to pick up our household goods. Or me going nuts with my kids for 2 weeks without him. I didn't take pictures of my kids with their great aunt who is here from Ethiopia, or with my mom and Lawrence when they were here visiting. Or all the work that I did on the house while I was waiting for Al to get back.
I didn't take pictures when Al and his dad rolled in on the 4th of July with a trailer full of everything that belongs in our house. With the doors bulging out, and the tires looking like they are about ready to pop off! I didn't take pictures of the big 4th of July bbq that was held at my grandma's house--or the fireworks that the kids let off that night!
I didn't take pictures of Al and his dad slaving away on the house, fixing all the plumbing under the house! Or when we started moving our things into our new house--or when Al chopped half of our backyard away with his new toys!
And this is why I'm no good at blogging!

New Blog All Together
About a year ago, I started a blog. And I never used it. I just tried to log on, and I don't even remember my password or email address that I used. I decided to start a new one. I have many friends who blog, and I would like them to be updated on what we are doing in our lives as well! So, let's hope for the best! :)
